Description
The Corner at Short Pump is a regional mixed-use project that sits in the heart of Short Pump, Richmond’s most active and vibrant retail submarket. The Project is anchored by a Kroger Marketplace, with additional tenants that include Academy Sports, and Hand & Stone among others in the 210,000 sf retail portion. The project sits at the front of the Wellesley neighborhood and includes The Everleigh, an age restricted multifamily project, to the south developed by Greystar. Additional medical office development at The Corner is currently in design.
